Nail biting
Nail biting is one of the most
common worst habits that affects your health. Biting your nails frequently
deforms your nails and damages the external layer of teeth. But, the worst consequence
of nail biting can be a gastrointestinal infection because of all the bacteria
you have munched upon.
Sleeping with make-ups
Those facial foundations are a
bunch of chemical substances and are an irritant for your skin. Putting these
on for the whole day is itself unwholesome for your skin. On top of that if you
are going to sleep without cleansing them off then you have none other to blame
for the skin blemishes and pimples than your own unhealthy habit. These
chemical substances are held responsible for clogging the skin pores and
prevent sweating. This leads to accumulation of bacteria and formation pimples.
Flat shoes or high heel
In fact both are bad for your
feet. While high heels can cause foot sprains, flat ones do not offer any sort
of cushion to the feet and may cause plantar fasciitis.
Sleeping with contact lenses
If you are going to sleep without
taking off your contact lenses then you are attracting infections to your eyes.

Carrying heavy handbags
Your handbag may be pretty
attractive and commodious, but it is a burden for your shoulder since you are
putting the whole enchilada you require into the bag and carrying it on one
shoulder only. This will affect your musculoskeletal system in the long term.
Too much of snacks
Taking snacks often can become a
habit and when that occurs you will not have the normal twinge of hunger, but a
craving for snacks. This is not good as you will store fats that will eventually
lead to obesity and other diseases.
Watching TV
The longer you watch the
television sitting on the love seat the more you are likely to become inactive.
The more you become inactive the more you will accumulate body fats, become
obese and invite diseases.
